The Route 66 Beach Festival is being held at Edmond’s Arcadia Lake just off Route 66. Use this address for driving directions: 7100 E 2nd St, Edmond, OK 73034.
You will not need to pay the $10 Arcadia Lake fee if you are a vendor/food truck partner. We will have your name at the gate.
We are encouraging everyone who can to load in on Friday, August 28, between 10a and 5p. If you need to load in Saturday and/or Sunday morning, we would like everyone to be in place by 8:30a and ready to open by 9:30a. We are asking all vendors and food trucks to stay open for the full festival day, 10a to 5p.
The gates to Edmond Park at Arcadia Lake are closed at night and the police will have regular patrols through the area.
Food trucks and vendor tents will be located in the paved parking lot as you enter the festival. Your location will be marked on the ground.
You are welcome to unload near where your tent is located, then move your vehicle to the designated staff/volunteer parking area to the west of the festival. Please leave roadways open at all times for emergency vehicles. All vehicles must be moved by 8:30a both days.
All vendors using tents are required to weight the legs with either water barrels or sand bags. The event is not able to provide either.
The event is not providing electrical power for food trucks or vendors; you are welcome to use a small generator if necessary.
A limited amount of ice for purchase will be available, but we strongly encourage you to bring your own ice. Event ice is being prioritized for festival spectators and athletes.
